It sounds like:

(a) KG will agree to an extension --- though that's still up in the air. 
I'd hope that he agrees to one that allows some room to add guys, but i'm
not holding my breath.

(b) BOS & MIN are going back and forth about other guys --- I pray that we
either (a) keep Gomes or (b) include Scal + Powe and another #1 pick, but
get Hassell and Craig Smith back

(c) We're definitely following the SPURS model --- pay 3 guys most of your
money then surround them with guys making less than $4M... I hope that
will work.


I'm gonna mourn losing Jefferson for quite a while -- i just wrote a
friend who works for the Orlando Sentinel that he'll be better than Dwight
Howard when its all said and done.

But I'm also excited about the possibilities -- we've got a lot of talent
at the top right now, a lot.
