Too much

As strenously as I've been advocating for a
Garnett-for-Al trade, this would be way too much
unless other good players came back to us as well.

I suspect what may be happening is each team is
leaking their opening offers. The too-good-to-be-true
deal that doesn't include Al was Boston's. The one
above is Minnesota's. I could actually live w/ it if
Gomes were not included. If he is, the C's at least
gotta get a Craig Smith, whom I haven't seen play but
who size-and-stats-wise seems similar to Gomes.
