No, this will effectively kill any chance of Vegas getting a 
team.  I'd go so far as to say it might even doom the Vegas summer 
league.  And if Seattle does move, it'll be to Oklahoma 
City.  There's even a chance that Stern might be able to propose a 
total ban on any gambling-related activities for anyone associate 
with the NBA.  Personally, I think that while anything has yet to be 
proven, I don't see how the mystery ref could have been doing this 
for two years without any of the other refs noticing.  Except maybe 
Violet Palmer, who is so damn incompetent she could screw up toast.
