NBA.com lies about broadband availability

I don't know whether to be relieved that it's not just here, or 
appalled at how widespread the problem really is.  I can't stream 
webcasts, but I'll plug my--and every other--fansite as an 
alternative to NBA.com and their pack of liars.

And if I ever figure out how to stream video, I may just provide an 
alternative game or two to watch.
