David Blatt. Former coach of the year in Russia and Italy.
He signed for 2 years to coach  in Turkey, after turning down offers  
in Isreal and Italy, claiming to have a few offers from the states,  
but not hearing from the C's, which was his dream job.
He's past the assistant level and it would have to have been Doc's or  
Wallace's job.
