I guess without, but I actually don't think it will make a huge 
difference. Some difference, sure. He certainly isn't maximizing the 
team's potential, but it's not like we'd be 31-12 if Pierce was healthy 
and Phil Jackson was coaching the team.It's a players'  league.  The 
only time it makes it a big difference is when a team has stopped 
playing for a coach and starts playing for his replacement. And they 
haven't stopped playing for Doc. 
It's  easy to  blame everything on Doc's incompetence,  but that's just 
a cop out.
