As far as the leadership issue I think you need to draft a team leader, and
recognize that you have one or find a player who needs to break out from a
bad team.  Finding a player with the skill and drive to be the leader out of
the children in the last few drafts has been, but, a gamble outside of one
or two players.

There is a reason why everyone knows who Bird and M.J. are.  Out of the 28
teams in the league, there isn't 28 players currently playing with the
temperament and skills to be true team leaders.

I agree with Egg that drafting solid people is a preference.  But we would
never have watched a number of players with retired numbers play for the
Green if the Celtics only drafted character guys over skilled players with a
darker human side.
