If the Jazz are disillusioned with Kirilenko, then what would change just by
moving him to another team?

History hasn't been kind to most players traded due to disillusionment by
their current team.  Lets find players that want to leave their team because
the team is not committed to winning or the player thinks they are ready to
be "The Man" but their coach doesn't.  Someone with something to prove.
