I agree. Why say anything at all? That was dumb. Just say the nature of
the injury requires evaluation over time and give updates as you go
along. No one cares about the Celtics anyway, if you go by the coverage
in the Boston media. I don't think there would be angry mobs demanding
answers the way there would be if David Ortiz or Tom Brady were in
Pierce's shoes (or protective boot, as it may be).
