Current Record - Any Insight?

Looking at the standings this morning I noticed that the C's have the worst home record in the NBA, 4-11.  Yet their road record, 8-10, is the third best in the east, after Detroit (10-7) and Indiana (9-11).  Does anyone have any insight or ideas to explain this discrepancy?  Is this just the result of scheduling quirks or are the C's just a poor, inconsistent team?
