They also need to heed the first thing Rosen mentioned which is to ship Wally out ASAP.  I pointed out months ago that Wally hampers this team because he can't keep up.  He thinks of himself first and has already jawed with his coach publically.  
   
  Theo's contract has more value now than ever.  Combine it with Wally and ship them out as we approach the trade deadline.    I wasn't a big fan of that Gasol trade idea earlier in the year, but seeing him play after that surgery changed my mind....
