I read in the Globe that Theo has decide to have surgery on his back and is out for the year. I was wondering if we can put him on IR list like the NFL and sign someone to take his place? Also can recoup any of his salary through insurance or anything? Also is ther any deduction from the salary cap for the year because of his injury? Thanks. Tony
