about that lineup

The best "team" lineup we have, at least right now. All five guys
understand how to play together. They looked like a team out there --
guys understanding defensive rotations and how their roles fit in with
the rest of the team. I liked it.

I was thinking the same thing about that lineup. Good balance, not too
much size, but Rondo, Delonte and Pierce are all above-average
rebounders for their positions. Probably their best defensive (w/o Tony
Allen) configuration too -- unless Perk was healthy.

West, Scal, Gomes, and Jefferson. I have watched three quarters of that
game and feel that Rondo simply must be our starter at point for the
"stretch" drive this Spring, but certainly for next year. Exchange
Pierce for Scal and we have a good, working lineup. Gomes and West for
spot up shooting, and Al for the inside game. What is weaker, perhaps,
is big man rebounding and three-point shooting. We would be better if
Perk and Green could join Al, Paul, and Rajon. But they're not every
game reliable now. It's a pretty good team, I think, and could be very
good with the #1 or #2 pick. Gene
