Hmmm, howzabout we're stuck with Doc as coach for the entire season,  
and probably next since he's got one more year on his contract,  
because management is too cheap to fire him and spend $ to replace  
him with someone, anyone, competent as coach.

Then again, this is also about the tanking, or so some might claim.
