Durant at night

I am with the majority on this. I believe the theory and what I've seen of Oden makes me think he will be a great center. I'm just suggesting that Durant is better than we've seen for a long time and at 6' 9", moving better than Nowitski, not the sturdy rebounder that Garnett is, that he will lift some team way up. He catches and shoots a three without any hesitation and it's lights out accurate. Amazing talent. Odds are, we won't get the #1 pick. Odds are, we should be happy to get the second. Thus, Durant. And if we get the #3 pick, I'll hope that Noah has had a great tournament run and is taken #2.

I think that, like politics, early money is worth more--so our early season slump (tank) means it will be easier to hold our lowly position than to fight for it later. I've gotten to watching the ticker to see how Memphis & the other scrub teams are doing, pulling for them to win. It's a weird season. Gene
