Doc Rivers is named coach of the month. That is like someone who takes the T everyday to work being named MBTA employee of the month. He has little to nothing to do with their success and certainly is responsible for at least the loss to Orlando. Doc's inability to come up with a consitent rotation and to have the right personnel on the floor at key points of the game is incomprehensible. Can you tell me why a hobbling Tony Allen is on the floor for the last eight minutes of the Orlando loss.Or why he still hasn't come up with a play for must score situations. ISO Pierce has been the play for the last seven years, I think it is time to switch it up. I don't mind if Pierce takes the last shot, as long as it is a clean one.Fade away at the top of the key shold not be the one.The team looks great, but its not due to Doc's expertise. We have the deepest team in the league.Garnett and Allen have had more impact on Perkins and Rondo in the few months that they have been here than
Doc had all of last year.
Congratulations though, Doc.I know its been challenge to coach these guys.Please.Our team is off the charts right now. Its due to our veteran leadership and hard working young guys.Even Isiah would be 14-2 right now...All right maybe thats a stretch but save the praise for the deserving.
