Not since the heady days of Big Al and Tony and Banks have we seen a bench-led surge like today's.  From the time it was about 52--46, the bench led a surge that took the lead to 20 points--well into the fourth quarter.  Ray Allen scored on two freebies, but before and after it was Rondo with a couple of jumpers plus 2 free shots, Perk with a bucket, Davis with about six points, Tony and then Dr. House.  Posey also scored in this run.  Nice to see the bench take control.  Nice to see them get the minutes.  Good one, Doc.  

I don't think Davis flinched at all when putting up short shots.  He might have been blocked once, but otherwise he scored or got fouled, and we'll see a lot of highlights of that sweeping, across the lane hook shot.  An odd game, but we found the defense and the spark to put another one in the bag.  Cheers, Gene
