I agree completely with JB: it's obnoxious, and Mike's too polite
to say anything about it, and still has to protect his suit.
I think the best response was Cousy's, when he first observed
this (said in Cousy's best "drop-dead" ironic voice): "My, what
a quaint custom THAT is."
