Reggie working out hard

After the Reggie interview, he called back and KG was the person who was at
his gate and and KG cut up and had a fun call.  They sure sound like
teammates to me.

Don't know if anyone heard, but Miller was just on the Dan Patrick Show.

He sounds like he's very seriously considering it. He made the point --

which he's made before in print --- that the diff. with joining DAL last

year and BOS this is that that DAL was 16 games up and it seemed like

freeloading, whereas this BOS hasn't done squat yet... he'd be getting in

on the ground floor so-to-speak (my words not his).

 

Earlier DP asked Larry Bird if he'd contacted Miller. Larry Legend said

matter-of-factly "no." DP asked why not and in fantastic LL style he dryly

said "he's 42?!?".  Classic Bird.

 

That said, it's clear that Miller would be a great addition team chemistry

wise... whether he can still provide anything on the court, who knows. But

i still like the Bill Walton c.1986 comparisons.
