I'd love to see Orien Greene back -- if for no other reason than maybe he
gets his new teamates to visit him back in his hometown (which also
happens to be my hometown and current residence of Gainesville, FL!). I
also think Greene was a good passer and defender, but duplicated some of
the same shooting problems as Rondo... though he could play with the
undersized House and they could switch roles: House as the SG, Greene as
the PG on offense, then swap on D.
re: the trade ---- Before the draft i was against a KG-for-AL deal, but
i think I'm more comfrotable with it once we got Allen. I didn't feel --
like Greg Dickerson said --- that you *HAD* to make the KG move after
getting Allen, but i was more excited at addding both. I guess I felt
like people were sleeping on how much better we'd be just by adding Allen.
I thought probably a leap to 7th seed or so was legit.

i don't see house as anything more than a more veteran
replacement for gerald. not much of a pg, in my
opinion, nor a defender.
don't laugh, but i think orien greene might be a good
fit as a defensive-minded backup point, though i'd
prefer someone with more experience, like eric snow or
antonio daniels.
nice to see some good celtics buzz these days. i'm
still not thrilled with the trade, as i think we gave
up too much and spread ourselves too thin, but i'm
more than willing to have them prove it was the right
move.
