You are an optimist, Jim, and I hope you are right.
But the House/Manuel signings don't exactly fill me
with confidence, while guys like Knight and Brown are
courted by other teams with championship aspirations.
If the C's don't sign some of these guys soon, they're
going to have very limited options for adding talent
once the season's underway.
