Ahh, they will be soon Peter.  They were ready to spend when it meant
winning.  Not just to overpay washed up vet's that were available the last
couple years and would have taken playing time from the draft picks that
needed it.

I am willing to bet that ownership is even more excited then the fans with
this off season.  These guys were fans in a similar vein as Kraft was before
owning the Pat's.  As the NBA is different then the NFL as far as payroll,
the Luxury Tax will not get in the way of winning now that a true core is in
place, IMO.
