Thinking of Red

Driving home last nite, still giddy, replaying in my mind the days press conference and was thinking how Red was somehow watching and lighting one up with a big smile saying "that's my boy, great job Danny".

On another thought, how happy do you think Doc must be? He all of a sudden wakes up and has a veteran, near all-star lineup; whereas barely 2 months ago if he was thinking about the upcoming season he probably was thinking about how to finally get the kiddie corps to jell, keep Paul motivated and what to do about G Green... all with a one year contract leash to finally show that he is more than a baby sitter for grown children. There is now pressure to win but he has a team that should make almost any coach look like a genius, especially if they give him any credit for a probable big turnaround.
