good news re: KG's extension

Celtics Blog has a tidbit from Mark Stein about KG's extension --- not
sure how it works out this way but in each of the first 2 years of the
extension he'll be making less than Pierce and in all three he'll be
making less than Rashard Lewis.

This is good news b/c (a) it means we'll be able to resign Tony Allen, (b)
might be able to add Gomes as an MLE next summer if he'll have us.

I know it's risky b/c of the knee injury but i wonder if we could convince
Tony Allen to sign a kendrick perkins-like extension this summer... if he
gets back to form it'll be the best contract in the NBA ... if not it's a
Scal-like contract.
