I do not see how that is relevant to this.  If you carry a gun legally, no
one can have a gripe unless you break the law.  If you carry a gun
illegally, you are breaking the law without doing anything else.  This is
the second incident involving illegal possession of a firearm for this guy
in a couple years.  For most people, that would likely equal jailtime.
