If the team does try to do this, you can bet it's
because Danny thinks he can find a loophole out of the
contract, a la Vin Baker.

On the other hand, if he's hoping to unload Telfair as
part of a larger deal this summer (please Lord), he
might stay mum, make generally supportive comments,
etc. I mean, I deplore the Bassy trade as well, but
it's not like he was caught with cocaine and
prostitutes. If I had Telfair's money, I'm not sure I
wouldn't carry a gun either for security. And he is
hardly the only pro athlete packing, as we have seen.

Hey, on another note, how bout that Brandon Roy?

He has been arrested twice on gun charges, is driving
with a suspended
license, has been involved in some shady events in the
wee hours of the
morning, and sucks as a NBA player.  Isnt it time the
team took a stand?
