I'd pick West myself, because he's such a good influence.  I remember
the C's getting blown out by Philly with the game about to end.  The
ball came loose in a crowd a few steps away from Del. He instantly
dives, and fights to get the ball to a teammate...  with only a few
seconds left in a no-hope blowout game!  

Plus he's getting assigned to guard the big SG's of the league (Grant
Hill, Kobe, etc), and is playing them tougher than Paul, Ricky, or
Gerald ever did.

I think C's fanatics can relate to how he loves the game sooo much.  

Big Al is also deserving, but in a postgame interview I heard him refer
to Delonte as the "straight team leader" , who's barking at people in
huddles when the team is down.
