Dampier/Diop especially were big lazy SCRUBS before they met him.  Now I
consider them above average effort/IQ centers who did a number on Shaq.

including Chris Webber and Ben Wallace. As an Orlando Magic assistant, 
he was responsible for the development of Dwight Howard.
