timeline question addendum

I think we have been actively tanking for a long time (circa Red's
passing away). At 1st it was a shock because I've never seen anything
in this scale in sports. However, I am perfectly comfortable with it,
it's inherent to the game and I'm not disillusioned by it at all. I see
the tanking but I'm not on the 'say it ain't so' camp.

Anybody that does not see the tanking is either stuck in the murky
waters of denial or works for the Celts.

It was fairly well orchestrated and fairly well concealed by putting the
interests of the Celts 1st (testing the youth, resting an ailing
superstar, etc., etc.) Danny is now putting out a Video called "50 ways
to lose...", a remake of Paul Simon's old song, and it should become a
standard in the field.

One thing that was botched, though upon a closer look was PP's in and
out. A stress fracture is a chronic fracture and shouldn't happen in
one play like it did, with no antecedent pain. But what the heck, if
Stern wants the x-rays, they can always send him Banks'; it's just the
picture of a leg, he'll never know. A bad elbow does not lead to a leg
stress fracture just like that. The elbow bone does not connect to the
leg bone. But the bad elbow has always been there and set to be very
useful in the upcoming Mil. Games.

Are we the only team doing it? Of course not. So, as it's been said, it
should be a great home and home series with Mil. What's the tie
breaker?

Wow, you're saying they've been mathematically eliminated from
winning NEXT season, too?

And I thought MY math was bad.... :))

Even *I* am aware that by July 1, the playoffs for this season--as
much as national tv drags them out--are over.
