Can someone please clear up the timeline here?

 

Is there a deadline to declare for the draft?  When is it?

 

We know our draft position on 5/22, right?  When the magic ping pong balls
fall?

 

When is the draft?

 

In other words, if the Cs end up with the #2 pick, will they know
immediately who's out there?
