I am sure that the public promotion of Jefferson changing his life habits
"on his own" is a much smarter position to take. Publicly announcing that
management demanded specific training in the off season, which is most
likely not allowed under CBA, and I bet most know that having Jefferson or
any young person "take ownership" of the process and results is much more
likely for it to continue long term then not. This is called leadership.
It doesn't always take hold but if you don't try then you are not much of a
leader.
So, BS or smart management/leadership? Most people were taught how to
succeed by their parents or teachers/mentors after all.
We have a few military and business leaders on the board. Which is more
effective management/leadership, tell someone what to do and inform everyone
around them you did or convince them that by following your
"advice/direction" they will become better at what they do and gain personal
empowerment at the same time?

>season puff piece that Wyc, Ainge, and Rivers NEVER suggested/

>conditioning?
