He definitely looks much fitter and relatively skinny in the pictures 
that were on the Cs website of them doing the stationary bike in the 
sun thing, but probably the best thing in that whole blurb is that 
Powe had trouble getting off a shot against him. When was the last 
time Al gave anyone series trouble regularly getting off a shot vs 
the occasional block. His offense may have gone downhill last season 
but it's still his defense that meant the Cs couldn't afford to keep 
him on the floor.
