Optimism

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm....

 

What AM I optimistic about?

 

Wow.  I didn't think I was this negative, but I'm having some tough time
because everything I'm potentially optimistic about has a caveat:

 

Like for example: I'm hugely optimistic about Perk...which means Doc won't
ever play him.

 

I'm optimistic about Delonte...which means we'll get lots of Rondo and
Telfair.

 

I'm optimistic about Wally being healthy...but he's always been fragile.

 

I'm optimistic about running with guys like Telfair, Green, and Rondo...but
we still don't look like we can rebound (see above re: Perk and being on the
floor).

 

I was optimistic about AJ...until another mostly ho-hum summer league.

 

I'm optimistic about Ratliff playing ahead of Scabs...except he too, is
fragile.

 

So once again (what is fourth year in a row?) lots of plusses, but every one
of them has to go right for us to make the playoffs.  Yes, that can be said
about a lot of teams, but for the Cs that's a lifestyle now.
