And my point was this:

Jefferson played in the summer league on an ankle on which he had surgery
not longer after the final game.  How the hell do you or anyone else know
how much that might have hindered him in Vegas?  It's easy to sit back and
call Al a wuss and say he should be tough enough to play through the pain,
but it's not fair.

If you want to bash Al for his play in the NBA, be my guest.  I never
suggested he was the Celtics' savior.  But use something other than his
summer-league stats as your damning evidence.
