I don't know if the pick and roll is the oldest set in basketball but it's  
surely one of the oldest.  And since Greece has been using it all  tournament, 
Coach K had to know about it.  Is it that he can't devise a  scheme to deal 
with it or are our millionaire players so averse to playing D  that they 
couldn't or wouldn't adjust?    Anybody got a  clue?  I saw that several players said 
there were "no  adjustments".  Coach just mumbled something about a "great 
team".
