C's trade???

Looking at it closely, looks like it might just be one of those deals
where they're helping the Cavs get a guy they want. Cleveland wants
Jones and doesn't want to compete for him when the Celtics cut him. So
they send a guy they don't want to Boston, along with cash to pay his
salary, and the Celts get a free look. If they like him, they can keep
him and cut Ray. If they don't like him, they can cut him.

That's my best guess.

Blast it all, would it KILL Trader Dan to holster his cell phone for 
long enough for the players to be able to recognize each other 
without nametags? If I were coaching the team this would drive me 
buggy.  Stop trading guys during training camp!  Either get rid of 
them before the preseason is underway, or hold on to them.  There's 
zero chance of establishing a decent offense OR defense if you have 
to keep stopping to teach the new guys every other week.
