1. Celts bring in used trailer park mattresses to appease empty suits
that now masquerade as real Celtic fans.

2. New perk offered to Celts players to keep them out of late night
trouble. The Boston Celtics have arranged to have strippers perform for
the players at the at all home games. Lap dances will be limited to time
outs and half time. The Celtics hope that by taking this step, they can
avoid a repeat of last years actions of Tony Allen & more recently,
several Pacer players.

3. New corporate sponsor DuPont has elected to promote their newest line
of silicone products by investing in the new Boston Celtics "dance"
squad.

4. Woof, woof.

OK, I'm done now. This dance squad thing is so ridiculous I still can't
believe it's happened.

this is such a stupid "advance" for my beloved Celtics.  the only reason
you need to trot scantily clad women out to get the "fans" to cheer is
b/c so many of the folks hwo can actually afford to go to games are
disinterested corporate types going on their company's dime or who can
personally afford $80-150 seats.

Last time i was at the Fleet center (few years back) the guys sitting in
the seats i'd snuck down to were actually confused taht Larry Bird
wasn't on the court.

ugh.
