There is zero reason ratliff should be starting over perkins. I cna understand gomes over jefferson, but no reason for a younger better center to be on the bench. Of course, when ratliff gets hurt 5 minutes into the season, it won't matter, unless doctor rivers decides to move scalacrappi ahead of perkins on the depth chart.
