Olo was a soccer player in England, who came late to basketball and  
may fit the prototype of the big guy who just never loved the game,  
or as Jorge said, he might never have found a place he's comfortable.
On the other hand, I remember that McHale made him a special project  
and that never worked out. He also had some alcohol related incident  
with the police, but by all accounts he is an articulate charming  
person (Vin Baker?).
In 2003-04 he was a very respectable 12 points  & 9.1 rebounds with  
2.2 blocks, for the Clippers, before taking a free agent  offer from  
Minnesota.
I remember a game against the Celtics in that last year with the  
Clips, where he killed us with, I think, 29 points and double digit  
rebounds.
He's 31 now, now longer expected to lead a team and smart enough to  
know that he isn't going to be the focus of anyone's offense, but if  
he can play with any fire at all, he would be a big upgrade from  
Jones, at least for this season and a player like Jones isn't all  
that hard to find if you need him later.
I think, with a coach like Clifford Ray on board and Olo's back  
against the wall, I'd take a shot.
