Wasn't that the Robin Leach sign off?

I remember when dreams were on TV more then "reality" too. We all see where
that's gone.

Lots of articles in both papers today - first day of practice and fragile
West is already seemingly on the shelf with back problems (I love the kid,
but he's turning out to be very breakable). Another on Pierce "dealing"
with no veteran presence being signed (and he names Scalabrine as a vet he's
happy that's returning - say it ain't so Pablo!) Yet another on Green - the
usual stuff. Even another on the picnic (which even the reporters
apparently got next to nothing from other then the Bassy's guarantee).

Proofs in the puddin' - first preseason game is what - a week from now?
Let's see what the scoreboard says after a couple of games then make those
knowledgeable assessments we're known for, shall we?

Very reasonable, Harry.
Who can argue with any of that? But most of us (self included) would
rather live with dreams than reality, which perhaps explains our
presence on these boards. ;>)

Hell, I get plenty of reality at work every day.
