Telfair and guard rotation

For much of the first game, it seemed to me that Doc had already decided that Rondo was his de facto main point guard.  Yes, Telfair started the first and third quarters, but Rondo was brought in early, and was playing the bulk of the minutes.  But then Doc went with Telfair for the end of the game, so Telfair ended up playing more minutes.

Doc seemed to be saying, "Rondo's the main guy to run this team, except when it really matters."  Which sounds like a very Doc thing to say -- he did the same thing with Perk last year.
