Oh, I only wish.  Make that *novella* (as in a short novel).  And
as in singular.

I'm writing my first novel as we speak.  Or would be, if we weren't
speaking.  Actually, I'm typing because the novel's going so
wretchedly slow, and mailing lists (and e-mail) provide a blissful
alternative to staring at the screen and cursing myself.

In any case, my novel is about (will be about?) four teenagers
having magical adventures.  So, when it's done (if it's done?), I'll
still have written no steamy novels.
