I don't think anyone's claiming that Al is in the same league as O'Neal
right now.  At least I'm not.  I'd love to see O'Neal on the C's, and if a
reasonable trade presented itself that required Al to be shipped to Indiana,
I'd be all for it.  All I'm saying is, IMO, it's too early to predict with
any degree of accuracy how good Jefferson will turn out to be.

O'Neal averaged 4.1 points as a rookie and 4.5 in his second season.  He
didn't even average double figures until his fifth year in the NBA.

In 18 minutes a game this year, Al averaged 7.9 points and 5.1 rebounds, and
in many of those games he was limping on a bum ankle.
