I suspect Philly would want West and Green (and Wally for the $$) and if  
your assessment of West is correct (3-4 assists/game) I say let him go.  I  want 
a PG to get 7- 8 As/ game, not 3 or 4.  The last two years, AI has  averaged 
7.9 and 7.4.
