Another possibility that hasn't really  been discussed is Portland then 
taking the 4 and 7 picks and trading  them to Toronto for #1. It's very likely

Raptors could still get  Andrea Bargnani at 4, the player they really want, so 
they might  bite.

it's either that or we'll get the #30 or #31 --- i think that it's very 
unlikely the Blazers keep 3 #1s and a 
2nd after taking 2 #1s last year and 3 the year before.....

that's alot of extensions all due at once...

#30 would be interesting -- probably get a decent prospect there..
