about Telfair

Looking at the entire body of work, including off-court persona, I can't see how Telfair is the answer to any of our needs.  The point guard has to be talented but also smart, committed, willing to work extremely hard.  Does this describe Telfair?  Why reach back and take an under-performer?  I suspect this is too good to be true for Portland; unless something else is involved, I can't see us doing Telfair for #7.  It's not that important to get rid of Dickau.
   
  Atst, we will likely get a good slider or S. Williams or Foye at 7.  That's looking good to me--and much better than Telfair.  Cheers, Gene
