Is Iverson coming to Boston?

Ok thx, this helps a little, I've stepped away from the ledge for the time
being.

The only involvement we should have with any Iverson trade is to facilitate
a trade to a team that is currently successful in the Eastern Conference so
we can watch them self destruct. Let's help Miami, Cleveland or Detroit get
him, then wait for the mushroom cloud. He's a waste of sneaker rubber.

Sixers' Iverson to Celtics? It's all just talk June 26, 2006 A recent
conversation between the Celtics and 76ers concerned a possible trade
involving Allen Iverson, according to a league source. Trade talk between
teams usually increases as the draft approaches. For now, it appears the
conversation was just one of many commonly held by teams at this time of
year. The same source said no deal was on the table, or even close to being
considered. Per standing policy, Celtics executive director of basketball
operations Danny Ainge declined to comment on rumors.
Ainge and the Celtics remain focused on the draft and the candidates for the
No. 7 pick. Marcus Williams, Randy Foye, Rajon Rondo, and Cedric Simmons
will be at the team practice facility in Waltham this morning for a workout.
It will be the second workout in Waltham for all of the participants.
Minnesota vice president of basketball operations Kevin McHale is also
expected in town. The Timberwolves hold the No. 6 pick and Ainge traveled to
Minneapolis last week to watch a workout.

Where is this originating???

I'm still cleaning up the puke from when some other poster mentioned earlier
today. I tried to ignore it.

I'll be right back I need to get some soap and water to try and get rid of
the stench created by just thought of that hip hop gun toting hoodlum in a
celtics uniform. That piece of work is just what a team of young
impressionable kids needs. Well at least Tony Allen would have a place to
get his ammo.

Freakin' YIKES!!! This can't possibly be happening.

shocked by the silence -- i'm in class -- and haven't seen much here:

A potential Iverson deal?

WOW!

Id' be totally in favor of Iverson at the right price. He would add heart
the size of the Big Dig. He, Pierce, Perk, Al... wow.

This might make sense w/ rumors of us moving down to the #12-15 range
(Philly picks at 13).

like i said i'm in class, but my head is swimming.
