Draft

I can't say I'm particularly excited about this draft, but I am intrigued.
 If this weren't such a mysterious draft, I would be hopping mad that:

-- the consensus is that the first tier consists of 6 players.
-- the Cs are drafting 7th.
-- the only reason the Cs aren't drafting 6th is that they couldn't manage
to lose to Miami on the last day of the season.  (Thanks again, El
Greaso.)

That said, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see one of the six slide to
the Cs - nor would I be surprised to see the Cs keep the slide going
(especially if Gay is the slider).

I wouldn't have any problem with the Cs taking Shelden Williams - perhaps
that would light a fire under Jefferson, and in any event would shove
Secaucus Red further back on the bench.  Chad Ford is reporting that the
Hawks and Rockets are talking about a #5 (Roy) for #8 (S. Williams) +
Luther Head swap - I wonder if Danny could pry anything loose from either
side in exchange for going in another direction.
