	Ah, now you are on to something. Perhaps Ainge is making his mistake: 
drafting, trading for and signing; healthy, contented, well mannered 
players.
	Perhaps he needs to take the opposite approach.
	We could borrow the motto from the Statue of liberty.

	What an  incentive for aging free agents with nagging injuries. It 
would be like selling them bottles from the fountain of youth.
	"Come to Boston; we'll heal you."
	We could run a huge media campaign,  featuring spots with LaFrentz and 
Szczerbiak (he no doubt will be "better than ever" after his surgery 
also), touting their pain free, career resurrection .
