I think that happened the day before Doc arrived in Las Vegas.  I read the statement and envisioned a practice scene where Danny caught Green beforehand and leveled with him.  Still, the issue you raise is about interference in general and I defer to the Bostonians for insights there.  Gene

It just makes me wonder, for all the second-guessing
people do about Doc's coaching skills, and his
commitment to the team vs his family ... could it be
the guy feels he doesn't have any real power, and the
players know it? 

I'm just wondering, does Jim Paxson show up while
Skiles is trying to run a practice and get in the
players' faces? Does Chris Mullin do that to Mike
Montgomery? These aren't rhetorical questions, I
really don't know ... but it makes me wonder.
